Join this tailored sessions that take into account your knowledge, experience and goals. This short committed period of practice with me are intended to give you a process: begin (specific goal), practice and review. Why do I offer this? After 22 + years teaching this method I get it, there are many approaches, but what resonates with your believe system and experience so far? Contrology was born from the wish of bring back or improve human's natural capabilities. In the fully equipped Dieder Pilates studio, is possible to use the complete apparatus repertoire intertwined to deliver challenge or support. What matters to me, is helping Pilates teachers to not to get lost in the bucket of one word and infinite meanings. Many continue education courses taken but not practical application. Being stuck in the learning phase without creating their own voice. On my side, you find an emphatic ear, interest in your background and respect from what you have achieved so far. Is not about convincing you to work like me, but confront and test how you work to find your own answers. I guide without imposition. To keep it accessible and interesting, sharing the hour with a colleague can ignite new questions and motivation. Yet I expect from you a short time commitment. This could be related with a specific exercise that represents a challenge, an essential synergy (ex: hinging motion, jump, arch, push, pull better) or a movement quality to asses (ex: balance, strength, coordination).
