MOVE OUTSIDE...step away from the urge of constant comfort and remember how empowering is to need less. We will redefine the purpose of elements in our environment to connect through movement. Noticing what is precisely simple but hard and absolutely necessary to keep nurturing our health. What you need to invest is curiosity and a certain amount of time.
