The purpose of this service is to establish a personalised guided movement routine based on your needs and preferences, with consistency of once a week or once a month. I will use what applies best from my movement tool box to progress and accomplish your short and mid term goals. For in person privates we meet at Dieder Pilates Studio, which has all the Pilates classical and contemporary equipment at hand. Investment: Drop in - 100 Euro One on one 4 Pack - 360 Euro *To share your hour with a family member/friend the hour becomes a private duet= 120 Euro.
