Nurture in weekly basis movement habits that matter the most: RESTORE, MOBILIZE, LIFT HEAVY, HANG AND ENERGIZE. My sessions are multilevel, which means that you evolve along your individual needs, but engage actively in the group's goal. Understand quicker why some movement habits impact the most if we find out how to integrate them in our daily life more often. I assure you that If you love it, you would not stop moving.
