Service Description

The purpose of this service is to establish a personalised guided movement routine based on your needs and preferences, with consistency of once or every two weeks online. I will use what applies best from my movement tool box to progress and accomplish your short and mid term goals. Time frames to book: Mondays & Wednesdays 3:00-5:00 pm (CET) Tuesdays & Fridays 7:45-10:00 am (CET) Investment One on One Online : 8 Pack - 400 Eur Process: *Fill the "new client" form that you can find in my Linktree's Instagram Bio *Enquire through email or social media message your desired hours. *After you decide your investment option, please consider the Euro amount converted to your currency at the moment of payment. When your transference has been received through Vipps (Norwegian account) or Bank deposit (European account available), or Mexican (Bancomer) your hours will be officially booked. * I will send you a link for your online appointments. Also a mail with one sheet document with your program specifications. *Prepare yourself with the props or equipment you have and open space at your home that allows you to move without disturbance. Good spot with fast wifi connection and headphones if necessary. Check that you are full body in the screen to be able to observe and cue accordingly. Terms & Conditions * Duration of the sessions is 55 min. and if there is malfunction of connectivity can be extended accordingly or change the date free of charge. If you want to shorten a session, it's possible but there will not change on the rate or future time compensation. *CANCELLATION POLICY IS 4 HOURS in advance to keep moving the hour. E-mail or phone messages will be registered to count as a postponed or late cancel. Please understand that your hour has been blocked from other activities and as much as I want to give flexibility I must apply structure to continue to deliver and respect others appointments accordingly. *Fall-Winter package 2023 has expiration date of December 15th from the date of the purchase. *If you are interested in share an hour as a Duet, the price for every time you share it is 5 Euro extra. Just let me know in advance to prepare class accordingly.
