To have a clear plan of activity through your pregnancy. Or perhaps clarify some doubts related with teaching Pilates or how to dive deeper your own practice as student. It also can be useful to complement your present activities such as Crossfit, Boxing, Yoga or any that requires you a bit more thorough-full coordination and integration of skills. NEW CLIENT? After confirmation, we can set your hours on the calendar and will be officially booked. Terms & Conditions *In person cancellation policy is 12 hours in advance. E-mail or phone messages will be registered to count as a postponed or late cancel. * The private packs are not transferable or refundable in any circumstance. *Share your hour with a family member or friend for 15 Euro extra in the date you invite them. * The studio/ outdoor location depends of your movement preferences and needs, so we can set it in mutual agreement. The private space I can use is in the city center, a small but fully equipped Gratz Pilates studio. * Any pack of sessions purchased during May-July to begin sessions in August 2023 has expiration date November 30th.
